As you know I love handbags. All handbags, pretty much. I love the way they can make even your most boring outfit to be nice and interesting. What I find particularity interesting now though is that the bags are getting smaller an smaller. The micro bags trends is not new this season, but it is somewhat more visible with more and more brands tapping into these waters. Jacquemus micro bags were one of the first, but this year, you can find a slightly bigger cousins everywhere. Mini bags are one of the hottest handbag trends this year. But why? What happened to handbags where you can fit your phone, your keys, wallet, lipstick and perhaps even car keys?
Personally I tend to always choose a bag with a space for at least phone and wallet, keys and lipstick, as my bare minimum, but I love this trend and actually considering for the first time to get one myself. Why? Well because sometimes I envy men who don’t need to carry anything, don’t you think? Or maybe because they look so cute. Also what I love about them is that comparing the micro bags, these are actually quite decent size and you will be able to pack your phone, keys and maybe a tiny wallet.
