If you read my last post, you know what is my favourite Gucci bag of the season. However I thought it would only be fair to share with you wider range of the newest Gucci bags you might like this season. Among the newest Gucci bags are Gucci Arli, Gucci Re(belle) but also new Gucci Basketball shaped bag. I will all go more in detail with each bag below. So here are my top ten.

Top 3 newest Gucci bags

Gucci Arli bag

Gucci Arli bag, comparing to Gucci Rajah bag, seems much more simple. The design reminds me of bags from the 70’s and 80’s. It is very simple and slick and has that rather old fashioned feel. However the interlocking G brings it back to the present time. Gucci Arli comes in few different shapes and sizes. Large top handle bag measures W37cm x H19.5cm x D8.5cm and can be worn both as a top handle and as a shoulder bag thanks to adjustable straps. You can get it in black, white or burgundy leather (£2,230) or in black python (£3,480) or grey and red python (£4,010).

Gucci Arli small shoulder bag is quite cute and I would see it more of an evening bag. The size is good, W25cm x H16cm x D5.5cm but it is very narrow. My wallet fit, but it is too tight, so would have to take only card holder, phone keys and lipstick. Basically just few things that are quite flat. However it has two compartments which help you keep things tidy. It also comes in few different colours like black, burgundy or white.

Gucci Arli medium shoulder bag comes also in several variations and they are more interesting than the previous two. It comes in suede (burgundy, blue or black) with leather (£1,770), in ostrich (more pricey – £5,260 and available soon), in python (£3,480) or in combination of python and suede (£2,140). Gucci Arli medium bag measures W26.5cm x H20.5cm x D4cm and like the previous one, it is very narrow.

Gucci Re(belle) bag

Gucci Re(belle) bag is another simple bag and like the vintage look. One of my favourite things about this bag is also the fact it closes with the zip. It comes in few different sizes and colours. The large version is best worn as a top handle bag but it also comes with detachable shoulder strap. I love top handle bags, but if you have to run around the whole day or having two kids you need to hold hands with, shoulder strap is golden! I particularly like this one with the studs (£2,400), which size is W29cm x H18cm x D7cm. It doesn’t have any top handle option but the shoulder strap is still detachable. The same size in regular leather cost £1,330 and the bigger version £1,790.

Gucci Basketball shaped bag

So this bag is amazing! Gucci basketball bag brings the round bags to the whole new level. I must admit, I am not sure about the practicality of this one, but hey…who need practicality, right? It is unexpected, bold and it will definitively make you stand out from the crowd, no doubt about that. Gucci basketball bag comes in two sizes and the bigger version cost £1,770. There is also more exclusive design, which is more pricey are currently available only for pre-order.
