London Fashion Week Festival day 2. London Fashion Week Festival is long over but I still remember the excitement of seeing those beautiful clothes on those stunning models. On Friday I actually managed to do a bit of shopping on the site. Fluorescent orange JBrand jeans (yes, of course I needed them!) or pair of light grey stunning Alexander White heels. It was the first time I bought a pair from this brand but definitely not the last. The pair I bought retail over £500 (around $600) but during the festival you could get them as low as £150. Comfortable, beautiful and on massive sale. What else you need to know, right?
Well back to my selection of clothes for this day. As I was supposed to sit in the front row of Mother of Pearl, I chose to wear a long creme sweater with very cute detail of pearls on ruffles on its sleeves. Mother of Pearl is London based brand which starts to gain more and more attention. Its creations are simple a bit futuristic and very comfortable to wear. The designs are very easily worn during the day however they look great in the evening too.
My sweater can be worn as a dress (maybe a bit too short for the day) or over trousers or skirt. I chose to create an elegant version with flare black Joseph trousers. I used my favourite Givenchy belt to create a bit of a waist. This outfit really needed heels, but didn’t want to have anything really high. The Coach silver pumps were the perfect choice. Comfortable but stylish and interesting. It was quite cold so I wore a long pink Pinko gilet. The bag of the day was Chanel boy. Even though it is beige, the patent leather has a bit of pink(ish) shine so I like it in a combination with something pink.
