Hello from sunny Spain

Hello from Spain! I am on vacation in this lovely country and keep thinking how much I miss living here. I lived in Madrid for over 4 years, so now, whenever I am visiting Spain, it is like going back home. Quite a strange feeling I must say. Nevertheless, this time we went to the south. Love it here as well.

But I must confess. What a nightmare to pack my suitcase. I kept thinking about one of my earlier articles about bags for your summer vacation. So I kept doing my musical chair game but still ended up with far too much luggage than I would ever need. I just couldn’t help it. I just wanted to take all my summer dresses and all my shoes and match it with my bags. You know, just in case we did something other than hanging out around swimming pool.

Recently I bought a beautiful Emilio Pucci beach bag and couldn’t wait to match it with my pool outfit. The result you can see below. I was wearing a Victoria Secret bikini, which I love, even though I have had it for some time now. I put on a simple beach dress. Black was a conscious choice because i wanted to let the striking Pucci beach bag stand out. This bag is truly amazing. You can wear it as a shoulder bag with longer straps, or shorter in your hand. the colours are beautiful and make it quite easy to match it with different types of beach clothes. Inside of the bag is attached a small pouch with a zip, so you have a secure place for your valuables. I also wore Tom Ford sunglasses, my old hat and Jimmy Choo wedges.
