Yes, I am back here and enjoying a little bit of sun to prolong the disappearing summer. Whenever we go to south of Spain, we have hard time to decide whether to go to Malaga or Marbella or Estepona. Everything has pros and cons. Malaga is really nice town full of amazing restaurants and bars that mainly locals’ visits (always a good sign). It is not as packed with tourists as other places and you get there in 15 min from the Malaga airport. In the other hand, it doesn’t have that much glamour as Marbella. Marbella is full of amazing places for shopping or eating but it is usually full of tourists which is not always welcomed. Estepona is tiny and about one hour from Malaga airport. There is this beautiful hotel Finca Cortesin, where you can spend days without even leaving the place.
But wherever we stay, Puerto Banus is always on the list for visiting. The other day we had such a nice morning walking around and admiring beautiful yachts. In the end we had amazing lunch of grilled fish and a glass of perfectly chilled wine.
For that occasion, I chose Diane von Furstenberg dress matched with the same brand yellow clutch. There are few brands that I tend to buy more than others as for some reason they fit me like a glove. Diane von Furstenberg is one of them and love to wear her dresses in any weather, be it summer of winter.
The yellow clutch was quite a coincidence. Even though it was a while ago, i still remember it like it was yesterday. I didn’t plan to buy it, but the amazingly skilled shop assistant persuaded me. She showed me the purse with the dress and how well it would fit. First I left the shop without the purse but couldn’t stop thinking about it. Finally after just couple of hours I went back there and bought it. And I don’t have regrets. It is small and just what I needed for occasions like this. Furthermore I matched it with Prada sunglasses, Lara Bohinc necklace and Jimmy Choo shoes.
