Let’s start this post with a question, or two. How many pair of jeans do you have? A lot, my guess is. However how many are different colour than blue or black? If you are anything like me, the chances are, you have countless of blue or black jeans, but actually have to think really hard how many in other colours you have (I know first world problems). You might find some white, maybe beige or grey. But what about red? Do you have some red jeans? Red is the colour of the season, as you well know, so red jeans are in high alert right now! Actually red “anything” is in high alert to be quite exact. Red sweaters, coats, shoes, bags. You name it, it will most likely come in red this season.
As I am on the way (successful hopefully) to make my wardrobe more colourful, these red jeans were clear choice. The shade is perfect, not to bright (has a good washed off look). The cut is very flattering and they fit like a glove. What more to want right? Surprisingly, red jeans are quite easy to complement with tops. On the pictures, I teamed it with Zara blouse which has a red detail and blue Zara blazer. Red lips were a must for this look (MAC). Actually, in the winter I will wear these with rich purple or pink sweater. I think the combination of slightly clashing colours is quite amazing and it will make you stand out from the crowd.
Why you should buy red jeans
- Red the colour of the season. Anything red goes.
- This colour brightens your outfit and takes away your autumn spleen.
- How many blue or black or white jeans you have? Don’t you think it is time to give a chance to different colours?
- They are easy to combine with the tops and sweaters, pretty much any colour goes.
